After working in both domestic and global pharmaceutical companies for a decade, differentiating understanding and thoughts about drug discovery has accumulated in my mind. Choosing HaiHe as next step of my career, is simply driven by the strong, trustworthy, science-driven leadership team of HaiHe. With China Academy of Engineering member Dr. Ding Jian, experienced clinical development expert Dr. Dong Ruiping to steer the discovery strategies, and drug discovery veteran Dr. Li Leping to lead preclinical discovery and early development tasks, I am more than happy to work with our medicinal chemistry teams, to try our best, to deliver the most efficacious drugs to patients as early as we can.

Before joining in Haihe Biopharma, I have conducted drug development in academia, multi-national pharmaceutical and startup biotech companies for 12 years after PhD training. The founder and senior management team of Haihe Biopharma created this company for real innovate drug development, with a dream of providing better therapeutics to patients and doctors, which attracts me to select this company for my next career step. Herein, I integrated my career goal with our company development, experienced every single progressing step of all the innovative drugs and achieved my own career development. I truly believe that we will keep growing to realize the dream of innovate drugs.
